Our hosting systems may record technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, and access times, to support website operation and security.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, maintain website security, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where optional analytics are enabled, information about website use is processed according to your privacy choices.
Sharing your information
Service providers supporting hosting and technical maintenance may access information where necessary to perform those functions. We may also disclose information where required by law.
We do not sell personal information.
Consent
When we request personal information, we explain why it is needed and whether it will be shared.
You may withdraw consent to future use or disclosure through our Contact page, subject to applicable legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawal may prevent completion of your request and does not reverse processing already completed.
Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed to respond to your request, fulfil the purposes described in this policy, and meet applicable legal requirements.
When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information being handled. However, no website, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

If service providers process information outside Canada, that information may be subject to the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
You may use our Contact page to request information about service providers and processing locations.
Your privacy choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, ask for corrections, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern.
Submit your request through our Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
If your concern remains unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the applicable provincial privacy authority.
